1 package of store bought pizza dough
1/2 cup Mutts (spicy or original)
1 cup diced chicken
1/2 cup smoked gouda
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup thinly sliced red onions
Chopped cilantro

Preheat oven to 500°

Brown chicken and set aside. While it’s cooling, spread dough and shred gouda cheese. Toss chicken in 1/4 cup of Mutt’s Sauce and spread the remaining on the dough. Don’t over do it or your crust will be soggy. A little Mutt’s goes a long way! Sprinkle mozzarella and gouda cheese onto the pizza along with your onions and chicken. Cook for 10-12 minutes until crust is golden. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Slice and get your Mutts on!
